Terms of Service
Draft — 1 September 2026
These terms are being finalised with our accountant and lawyer; the current draft is shown for transparency and will be replaced by the final text before it binds anyone.
These terms govern the use of healcraft by medical practices and their staff.
1. The service
healcraft provides practice-management software as a subscription. The fair-use policy is part of these terms.
2. Accounts and seats
An organisation is opened by a practice owner, who invites named team members. The owner is responsible for who has access.
3. Subscriptions and trial
A 14-day free trial needs no card. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
4. Payment and invoices
Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe. A tax invoice is issued for every charge.
5. Your data
Patient data belongs to the practice. healcraft processes it on the practice's instructions under the Privacy Policy and a data-processing agreement.
6. Liability
healcraft supports clinical work; clinical decisions remain the practitioner's. To be completed by counsel.
7. Termination
Either side may end the subscription at the end of a paid period. Data remains exportable after termination for the retention period the practice has set.
8. Governing law
Greek law applies. To be completed by counsel.
