healcraft

What’s coming

What we shipped lately, and what we are building now. Something gets a date here once it ships, never before.

Being built

  • healcraft for Gmail

    Beta

Open a message in Gmail and file its lab results and reports into the right patient’s chart, without downloading a thing. Being tested now, and on its way to the Chrome Web Store.

    How it handles email
  • Phone app

    Coming soon

Today’s schedule, your tasks and each patient’s summary, on iPhone and Android, with the same sign-in as on the computer.

  • Google Calendar, both ways

Each doctor’s visits in a healcraft calendar in their own Google account, and a visit moved or deleted there changes here too.

Planned

  • E-prescribing through IDIKA

On our roadmap. Until then, healcraft keeps the medication history you prescribe from.

  • API and MCP

Connecting other tools to healcraft through its own API and MCP server.

  • Adding a drug from the Table uses the same form

The Table's last row, which took a drug's name and then its dose in a day's column, is gone. Add medication above the Table opens the same one-line form as everywhere else, and the new drug shows from the day it started.

  • Your plan, in one place

Manage plan, in Settings › Billing, now opens your practice as a card with a row for each thing you can change: your plan, the card you pay with, your invoice details, your invoices and the renewal, each on the same page.

  • You add each visit’s column

An appointment no longer adds a column to the medications Table by itself. Add a column opens on today, and you can pick an earlier day to enter older records. A drug the patient was already taking, added with a past start date, now starts in that date’s column whenever the Table shows an earlier day, instead of under Before first visit.

  • Every stopped drug under Past medications

When a drug’s cells show a stop, the drug now sits under Past medications, and a “-” saved as a dose reads as the stop it meant. Drugs added with a 0-0-0-0 schedule that nobody filled in now show their dose.

  • One card for the patient

The avatar and the name on a chart open the same profile, and the standing note is written there.

  • Add a drug in one line

Every Add button for medications now opens the same short form. Type the drug, its dose, how often and since when in one line, the way you would say it, and Enter adds it. The form stays open for the next one.

  • Choose a plan and pay, in healcraft

You now choose a plan and pay on healcraft’s own page: the plan, your invoice details and your card in three steps, with your practice drawn as a card that fills in as you go, and no Stripe page in between.

  • Three emails, and a birth date without an AMKA

A patient can keep up to three email addresses, with the first as the main one. Someone without an AMKA gets a typed date of birth, and an AMKA added later puts its own date in its place.

  • Copy the AMKA in one click

The patient’s details show the AMKA as eleven unbroken digits, with a button that copies them.

  • Chart tabs, all named, where you want them

A patient's chart now names every tab and puts the ones that do not fit under More. In Settings › Appearance you choose whether the tabs sit in the page or above it, underlined or segmented.
