Write in your own shorthand
In the visit note, the medication sheet and the report, healcraft reads shorthand as you type it and files each value where it belongs: a pressure in the vitals, a dose in the regimen history, a measurement in the report.

Before you trust it
Readings go into the chart
Type / in a visit note or the history to record a blood pressure, a weight or a finding without leaving the text. It is saved in the patient’s record, and a small chip shows it in the text.
Each visit keeps its readings
At the foot of the note, a bar lists the readings and findings taken during the visit, and its + adds one.
Your practice’s sections
The owner renames, reorders or hides the sections of the history and of the visit note for the whole practice, in Settings, under Chart and visits.
No blank field goes out unseen
Before a report is printed or downloaded, healcraft names every field still blank, which would print as …, and asks first.
Each doctor’s own signature
A report prints the signature of the doctor chosen under Signed by, so each doctor sets up their own, drawn on the screen or scanned.
Printed as it reads now
A report never locks. Correct it and print it again: each time, the PDF is made on your device from the report as saved.
