ΕΟΠΥΥ
For a physiotherapy practice in Greece with an ΕΟΠΥΥ contract: each month’s ΕΟΠΥΥ sessions on one page, counted against your monthly cap, to type into e-ΔΑΠΥ and to print. Nothing is sent to ΕΟΠΥΥ.
Turning the contract on
The owner turns it on in Settings, under Practice details: switch on ΕΟΠΥΥ contract. The row is there only in a physiotherapy practice in Greece (the Settings guide explains Practice type).
Under it, type your Monthly session cap as e-ΔΑΠΥ shows it, under «Εμφάνιση στοιχείων Πλαφόν». It starts at 400, the cap of a lab with one physiotherapist working 40 hours a week, and saves when you stop typing, press Enter or move on. A cap is a whole number from 1 to 9999: anything else is not saved, and the field shows the stored cap again.
While the contract is on, the ΕΟΠΥΥ page is in the sidebar under Resources, and on a phone under More. Switching it off takes the page away and forgets the cap. The courses and their sessions stay as they are.
The month on the page
The page shows one month, starting with this one. The arrows at the top step a month back or forward, and This month brings you back. Everyone on the team can open it, since the desk usually does the typing.
Four figures open the month:
- Cap
- Your Monthly session cap, from Settings.
- Done
- The month’s ΕΟΠΥΥ sessions that have taken place.
- Booked
- The ones still to come.
- Left
- How many more the cap takes this month.
Then one row for each ΕΟΠΥΥ referral with a session in the month, At the lab first and At home second, since e-ΔΑΠΥ keeps them as two contracts, each list sorted by surname. On a phone the two counts stand beside the name.
- Patient
- The name, which opens the chart, with the AMKA under it and a button to copy it. Without one, the row says AMKA missing or No AMKA.
- Referral
- The referral number, or No referral number while none is typed, then the diagnosis and who referred.
- Days of the month
- The days of the month’s sessions, first those Done, then those Booked.
- On the referral
- Where the referral stands at the month’s end, such as 5 of 10.
- This year
- The patient’s ΕΟΠΥΥ sessions in the month’s year, done and booked, every ΕΟΠΥΥ course of theirs counted, such as 5 of 20 this year. ΕΟΠΥΥ pays for 20 a year. In a month of another year the column reads In 2025.
A session counts here once it is booked on an ΕΟΠΥΥ course (the guide to a patient’s chart explains courses), in the month it falls in, Athens time. A cancelled session or a no-show does not count.
What amber marks
Amber marks what needs doing soon. Nothing on the page is red, because nothing on it is late.
- Runs out and its day, under a referral that runs out within a week with sessions still to book.
- The year’s count, for a patient with two or fewer of the year’s 20 left.
- Left, with a line under the figures, when the month is over the cap, such as Over the cap by 12: e-ΔΑΠΥ will refuse the month until 12 are removed.
Warnings when booking
While the contract is on, booking a session of an ΕΟΠΥΥ course warns, and still books, when the session would be the patient’s 21st on ΕΟΠΥΥ in its year, or would take its month over the cap. The booking form says so under Course, and Book the rest marks each session that does, counting the ones before it in the list.
The card of an open ΕΟΠΥΥ course in the patient’s chart adds the patient’s year on ΕΟΠΥΥ, done and booked, such as This year on ΕΟΠΥΥ: 5 of 20, in amber with two or fewer left.
Printing the list
Print the list, at the top of the page, prints the month on screen on an A4 page: the figures, then each referral with the patient’s name and AMKA, the referral number, who referred, the days and the two counts. On a phone it is the printer button at the top.
What is not sent
healcraft sends nothing to ΕΟΠΥΥ or to e-ΔΑΠΥ, as the line at the bottom of the page says. The page counts the ΕΟΠΥΥ sessions booked in healcraft, for you to type into e-ΔΑΠΥ yourself.
